Michal Wittstock is very lucky to have had a fishing rod by his side since childhood. He owes his love for fishing to his grandfather and father, who instilled this passion in him. He enjoys fishing in all its forms, but his true love has always been spinning—ever since he caught his first pike at the age of eight. He is originally from Poland, but since 2014, he has been living in Scotland, where he has truly spread his wings—or rather, his fins. The experience he gained in his younger years has helped him adapt to Scottish waters, but he has also had the opportunity to fish in Sweden, Ireland, England, Norway, and the Netherlands. He has combined his sporting spirit with his passion, making fishing competitions an inseparable part of his journey. They allow him to test his skills and continue growing as an angler. Fishing adventures have also introduced him to amazing people. He firmly believe that our shared passion unites us, no matter where we are.
His personal bests are:
Pike: 120 cm
Perch: 52.5 cm
Zander: 87 cm
Brown trout: 75 cm
